Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Hyannis Cape Cod

I needed a budget friendly, safe place to stay in Cape Cod, and this fit the bill. The room was mostly clean…acceptable as far as I’m concerned. I don’t like to wear shoes and had to keep a washcloth and antibacterial wipes next to the bed because the floor REALLY could use a good scrubbing. My feet were absolutely filthy walking around on it. But, like I said, I found a way around it. The friendliness of the staff really made up for it. The entrance to your room is directly from the parking lot. There was only a chain on the door, which I was apprehensive about, but it was pretty safe from what I could tell. There are two pools that both looked very nice, but I didn’t have time to use them. Keys are old school keys instead of key cards, which I like. Overall, a pretty pleasant stay.

This is the best affordable lodging in Hyannis, MA. The rooms are so clean and spacious. Our room had brand new furnishings. You can't beat the location AND it has indoor and outdoor pools. I highly recommend that you stay here.

Great location. Affordable. Great interior pool. Great fridge and freezer. Floor not clean when we arrive. Old sheets. Microwave absent when we arrive. Coffee available in the lobby. Thanks to the staff who shipped me a device I forgot in the room. thank you.

This was the cheapest place we could find. We read the reviews and we weren't expecting much. The room was very clean. No odors. It has a microwave, mini fridge, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Easy check in and check out. The free coffee when we arrived was appreciated. The hot shower and great water pressure was perfect. We would stay there again. Best of all it is a five minute walk to Chez Antoine Cafe. Absolutely best coffee and bakery items.

Great experience. A very well functioning ice machine and a frequently restocked soda machine is located in the parking lot. Lots of a seagulls so it’s pleasant to chill outside and watch the seagulls. It has a GREAT location - right by some downtown area with many shops and restaurants. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. They do close at 9 PM though, which is kinda annoying. But, both are very clean, and the indoor one is well heated. Pretty safe place as well. Nice place to stay.

It’s great for the price! The room was totally clean and very large. The room is a bit dated but I felt totally comfortable staying here. The location is great. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a budget friendly option in Hyannis.

Very friendly and helpful. First room smelled of cigarettes, so they changed my room with no issues. Rooms are basic but comfortable

Exceptional rates, clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the janitorial staff they were spot on. Their indoor pool is amazing with the outdoor pool looking great and packed with guests and the free hot coffee in the office was a great bonus. Ample free parking and within walking distance of so much including the shoreline so we rarely needed our car for most of our stay. We had a bit of a scare the day we were getting ready to leave but all the staff handled the situation with poise and professionalism leaving us with one heck of a story for our family and friends. Can't wait to stay again.
